Who Is LIV by Unify?

Unify’s LIV platform is a SaaS PropTech solution designed for multifamily, commercial, and student properties. It enhances tenant experiences and real estate operations by automating key workflows such as communication, amenity booking, maintenance, and community management - all from a single app.

THE CHALLENGE

Scaling marketing and diversifying clients, while staying lean

Unify had a market-proven product and a major client but that wasn’t enough. The next step was diversifying and expanding their market share - and for that - they needed a partner to help them enhance brand awareness and execute a go-to-market strategy.

Operating lean, they couldn’t justify a full-time sales and marketing team, so they sought experienced go-to-market specialists who could help them build the foundations for growth.
